A color wheel is the arrangement and organization of these colors into a circle. The first color wheel was designed by Sir Isaac Newton in 1666. So, it has been around for a LONG LONG time.
In color theory, colors are grouped in 3 categories:
Primary colors, secondary colors, and tertiary colors.

WARM COLORS from the COOL COLORS
